This policy explains how Target Audience (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you visit targetaudience.co (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill in a form on the Site, we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, this includes:
- Strategy call form: name, work email, phone, company website (optional) and your message (optional).
- Guide download forms: name and work email.
- Lead quote forms (Hebrew pages): name, email, phone and business field.
- Call booking: if you schedule a call, the scheduling tool (Calendly) collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email and chosen time.
We also record which page and form you used.
Information collected automatically
When you browse the Site, cookies and similar technologies collect information such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (from your IP address) and the ad or link that brought you here. See our Cookie Policy for details.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule and hold calls, and send you the guide you requested.
- To prepare proposals and provide our services if you become a client.
- To follow up about our services related to your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To measure and improve the Site and our advertising, and to show our ads to people who visited the Site.
- To protect the Site against spam and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed:
- Google (Google Workspace, where form submissions are stored and emailed to us; Google Analytics; Google Ads).
- Meta (Meta Pixel for Facebook and Instagram ads).
- LinkedIn (LinkedIn Insight Tag for LinkedIn ads).
- Calendly (call scheduling).
- Vercel (website hosting).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights. Some of these providers store data outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and contact details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, and afterwards as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including to object to or restrict processing and to receive a copy of your data. To make a request, email contact@targetaudience.co. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and form submissions are stored in access-controlled business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
